KIYE is looking for individuals that would be interested in a contract for developing a radio program for on-air broadcast hosted by themselves or a partner. The KIYE Advisory Board and Staff will be selecting the proposals that will be forwarded to NPTEC for approval. Proposals should include the following:

• Narrative of Program
• Educational Benefit to KIYE
• The pay is $75.00 per week
• Number of hours to produce and complete program for airing
• Knowledge of FCC regulations regarding radio broadcast. Training is required and will be provided at the KIYE studio.
• No mileage or travel is paid.
• Anyone is able to submit a request to become a personality.
• All broadcasts must fit within our regularly scheduled national programming that meet our grant obligations.

We will be looking at no more than 5 (five) hours per week; funding will be determined upon total number of applications and funding availability. The total number of hours must include production, development of program material and broadcast. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
