Open Meetings

The Community Advisory Board meets quarterly. We provide video conference from Lapwai and Orofino to KIYE. We will also have tele conference setup for individuals who cannot travel to any of the communities where we will have video conference. We email out a reminder to Tribal Communications and do Public Service Announcement’s (PSA) about the next meeting two weeks before the meeting.

Meeting Notice Policy:

Community Advisory Board meetings are held quarterly from 5 pm – 6 pm.

KIYE Studios, Wa-A’Yas Community Center in Kamiah, ID. In-person and video conference available.

IRS Form 990

Indian tribal governments are exempt from filing IRS form 990, Revenue Procedure 95-48 1995-2 C.B. 418.  After review of station records KIYE has no information to report that meets the disclosure requirements of IRS 990.
