Daniel Spaulding and Tom Williamson, both employees at KIYE will be presenting this year at the 2024 Native Broadcast Summit in Phoenix, Arizona. The session is titled, “The Power of Indigenous Radio.” Coming up on their 8th year at KIYE, they will share their journey and expertise in radio broadcasting. This summit is put on by Native Public Media every year with over 60 Tribal Stations represented throughout the United States. It is a time where other Indigenous broadcasters come together to learn, network, and empower their communities.
